Credit/Debit Card Payment:

After completing the payment gateway process, the reservation will be considered valid once our bank has accepted the operation. This process is not always instantaneous and may take a few minutes. Your bank will charge the reservation amount according to its policy and your agreements with it.
Payment via BIZUM:
It is completely safe to pay with BIZUM, thanks to our secure platform endorsed by Banco Sabadell.

Payment via PayPal:
Payments through PayPal will incur an additional 3.5% charge on the reservation price.
Payment via Bank Transfer:
The payment must be made within 24 hours of the reservation confirmation.
Unlike other portals, we only charge what is shown on the final page of the reservation. We do not charge any additional management fees.
Once the reservation has been paid, there will be a minimum cancellation fee of 30 euros (VAT included), and the amount may vary depending on the provider of the establishment. Below are the cancellation fees according to the travel agency regulations. Management fees and a penalty of 5% of the total trip amount will be paid if the cancellation occurs between 10 and 15 days prior to the start date of the trip. If canceled between 3 and 10 days prior, it will cost 15% of the total amount. It will cost 25% if the trip is canceled within 48 hours before the start. If the trip is canceled on the same day it is to take place, the cancellation will cost 100%. Some offers have special cancellation conditions, which will be indicated in the detailed description of each offer. These fees cannot be modified or negotiated, as they do not depend on us, but on the provider.
However, the conditions of contracting under BOOK IV of RDL 1/2007, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, especially Title II, Articles 159 and 160, will apply.
